satisfaction and customer loyalty. For this reason, if you are
ever unsatisfied with our services, please don't hesitate to discuss it
with our staff. We will do everything in our power to make
it right. |

- Prior to the event, full refunds will be given at exhibitor
request. No questions asked.
- If rental unit(s) are not picked up at our service desk by the end
of the opening day of the exhibit hall, there will be no charge or a
full refund will be given.
- If you are unsatisfied with the use of the unit onsite, it may be
returned by noon of the first day of the event for a full refund.
